Delivery Of Your Order
Tracking details for your order will be provided by email following dispatch.
We have learned the hard way how to pack ceramics safely and we don't have many problems these days, but If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature and refuse the delivery.
Please check all goods before signing for them. Goods requested to be delivered unsigned for are left at your own risk.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
A request for a return or replacement must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Our returns policy
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 14 days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We’ll exchange or refund it, if it meets our terms and conditions explained below.
By original condition we mean:

you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.

you haven’t used the product.
You, the customer, are responsible for any return postage fees. Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and return to the address below.
